Terraz is a tourist housing project developed by Tamayo Montilla Arquitectos and TARQ Studio for Mipko Constructores in the beautiful horizonte tourist sector.

Through its amenities, the project aims to integrate the sea as the main feature and create an atmosphere that feels detached from the towers, achieved through the use of vegetation, furniture, and the background horizon.
