Mipko is a construction company known for its human-centered approach to creating timeless spaces.

For this project, we wanted to highlight human interactions and needs within workspaces, which is why the design incorporates multifunctional areas where work and rest seamlessly coexist.

The open design, architectural furniture, and interior greenery create an atmosphere of progress and transparency, representing the construction company’s vision and raising the question: Does progress come from the space itself or does the space bring progress?
