Lunamar is a tourist housing project developed by Raul Caballería Arquitectos and TARQ Studio for INSAS Constructores and ByPConstruccionesSAS in the tourist sector of Santa Marta.

Its organic design with curved facades contributes to the use of visuals throughout its context, and a design of amenities designed to provide the greatest sense of luxury in the Caribbean, with roots in the Miami Beach style, and a contemporary and international architecture.
